This paper describes a dialog system submitted to the Open Track of the Dialog System Live Competition 5. The system uses HyperCLOVA, a large-scale Japanese language model, to generate responses. We used multiple types of few-shot prompts and response filters to achieve informative, consistent, and appropriate response generation. We also added several improvements from last year's submitted model to deal with the speech dialog．Our system ranked first place in the preliminary round.
